Jimmy Smith | Full Contact Fighter

Jimmy Smith is an up and coming cage fighter with a professional MMA record of 6-1. With five of his six victories ending in submission in under three minutes, MMA fans have learned to watch for explosive hands and quick tapouts during Jimmy's fights. Currently training at the world famous MTA Academy in North Hollywood, Jimmy looks to be returning to the cage early in 2008.

For the past year and a half, Jimmy has been busy fighting martial artists all over the world for the Discovery Channel's exciting new show, Fight Quest. In each episode, Jimmy and his co-host, Doug Anderson, have five days to study a completely new fighting style in a foriegn country before taking on an expert in that style in a real full contact battle.

The show will appear on Discovery's Sneak Peak Week on Friday, December 28th before its network premiere on Friday, January 4th, at 10 PM, following Man Vs. Wild.
